Shipping Information

Most orders will arrive between 7-10 business days (some products require additional delivery time, which is noted in their product description). Shipping charges are based upon the total amount of your order, with the exception of the Lady Fortune's desserts, during warm weather months (and destinations) and oversized items.

Shipping Methods

We ship items via UPS Ground, Fed-Ex , USPS, Spee-Dee Delivery,  and Fed-Ex Overnight.

Shipping Destinations

Freight charges apply within the Continental United States only. At this time, we do not ship outside the Continental United States.

Extra Shipping Charges.

Due to size and weight, some items will have additional freight charges added to the normal shipping charge.

Personalized & Monogrammed Items

Please allow up to an additional 5 days for personalized and monogrammed merchandise.

Lady Fortunes

During the warmer months through October, as well as warmer states (Florida, Texas etc..), the shipping of Lady Fortunes products will increase, as each order will be shipped priority overnight with special packaging including ice packs to insure that the items arrive in excellent condition.

Wedding Items

Please give ample time to receive any items, which you purchase for your wedding. Our normal delivery time for items ordered in the wedding category is 6-10 business days with regular ground shipping. You can choose to upgrade your shipping to next day air in which case, you would receive your items within 5-6 business days. If you would like you wedding items to be engraved, please add up to an additional 5 business days before shipping.

Flowers

All flower packages are shipped with FedEx air. Standard shipping charges are applied for deliveries between Tuesday through Friday. Saturday and Monday deliveries are $14.95 additional for all continental locations providing the address is within the FedEx Saturday delivery areas. If you would like a morning delivery, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 to ship Priority -1 Tuesday through Friday.

For all locations within the continental U.S., standard overnight shipments will usually be delivered between the normal business hours of 9:00AM to 5:00 PM on the requested delivery date.

To have flowers arrive the following day after placing an order, the order for the flowers must be placed by 2:30 pm EST.

Please note that the prices quoted for our various floral arrangements include shipping costs when the flowers are delivered on Tuesday through Friday.
