Returns Policy


All of the products, with the exception of personalized and monogrammed merchandise, come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Should you ever need to return or exchange damaged merchandise, you may contact us at customerservice@grandgiftsgalore.com. For prompt processing, and to insure exchange or refund, please include your enclosed receipt.

Return the item to the address given to you by our return department. Write the authorization on the outside of the box. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal service ( U.S.P.S.) or with a value of $100.00 or more should be insured. We are not liable for returned merchandise, which does not reach our Return Department. We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment used to make your purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receipt of your return. Please note, we can only refund shipping costs, if the return is a result of our error.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned due to no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement costs of any item you purchase from us.

Personalized merchandise cannot be returned.
