Do you offer a money back guarantee?

Yes. We want you to be happy with all of your purchases from Grand Gifts Galore. Therefore, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products except for monogrammed, personalized products and electronic gift certficates.

Do you offer a refund on monogrammed or personalized items?

No. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed or personalized merchandise.
 
Do you offer gift certificates?
 
Yes. We offer electronic gift certificates in a variety special occasion themes, and  denominational amounts. Please make sure to check the recipient's email address for accuracy. Grand Gifts Galore Corporation is not responsible for lost or misdirected electronic gift certificates, which are sent to incorrect email addresses supplied by purchasers. Gift certificates are non-refundable and have a 1 year expiration date.
 
What type of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and Electronic Gift Certificates via our Interspire Secure Payment Gateway. We also have added PayPal as a merchant for those of you who wish to use your Paypal account to make purchases. To ensure that your purchase is secure when placing orders online we use a GeoTrust SSL Certificate. GeoTrust is a Verisign company, and leading certificate authority.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes. We will send you an order confirmation by email once you have submitted your order online.

Do I have to pay sales taxes?

At this time, we are required to collect sales taxes from Arizona, California, and Maryland residents.

Can I pay for a purchase using my debit card?

Yes. However, we can only accept debit cards which have a MasterCard or Visa logo on them.

Can I ship my purchase to another address?

Yes. When you check out enter the shipping address that you would like the items to be sent to first. You will then be prompted to enter your billing information on the following page.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time we only ship within the Continental United States. Shipping addresses must be a street address. We use UPS ground, and they cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. (If you would like an item shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO please contact us at customerservice@grandgiftsgalore.com.

Will you sell my information to a third party?

No. We respect your privacy, we have established procedures to protect your privacy, which we vigorously up hold.
